At Zotee Filters, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your Zotee Filters product doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to make it right. Please review our return policy below:

1.Returns and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes a product might not fit perfectly into your space. Here's how we handle returns and cancellations:

Cancellation before Shipping Confirmation: If you've had a change of heart before receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at service@zoteefilters.com to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Returns after Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please wait for the product to be delivered, and then initiate a return request according to the terms below.

2.Return Period and Shipping Costs

Return Period: You must postmark your return packages within 30 days after the receipt date. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return. If the return is due to a non-quality issue (e.g., change of mind), the actual Return Shipping Fee will apply.

3.Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, contact us at service@zoteefilters.com within 5 days of receipt for resolution.Any quality issues will result in a free replacement.


Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return package. The refund amount will be the original total less the shipping charge and any deductions due to return shipping damages or unreported defects.

5.Return Conditions

Products must be in new or unused condition, with original packaging and inserts.

Clearance items are final sale, and returns cannot be issued.

Return and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

6.How to Make a Return

Email us at service@zoteefilters.com with your reason for returning, order number, and address.

Attach images or videos if returning due to product quality problems.

After approval, you will receive a return label from Zotee Filters.

Print and tape the label securely on your return package.

Arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.


Important Notice:

Please use the provided shipping label for returns within the US. Do not send returns to the sender's address on your package.
